[目的]探索烯肟菌胺与三环唑混剂防治水稻稻瘟病的效果及剂量。[方法]采用室内盆栽苗法测定烯肟菌胺与三环唑对稻瘟病菌的联合毒力,验证25%烯肟菌胺·三环唑SC对水稻稻瘟病的田间防效。[结果]烯肟菌胺与三环唑防治稻瘟病EC90值为7.2449、19.1850 mg/L,且在1∶1、1∶3、1∶5、1∶7及1∶9五个配比下具有明显增效作用;3地田间药效试验表明,25%烯肟菌胺·三环唑SC 225~300 g a.i./hm2对水稻穗颈瘟防效,略高于对照药剂。[结论]25%烯肟菌胺·三环唑SC(配比1∶9)可用于防治水稻穗颈瘟病,推荐剂量为225~300 g a.i./hm2。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effect and dose of mixture of netilmicin and tricyclazole to control rice blast. [Method] The combined toxicity of netilmicin and tricyclazole to Magnaporthe grisea was determined by the method of pot culture in laboratory, and the field control effect of 25% enoximone - tricyclazole SC on rice blast was verified. [Result] The results showed that the EC90 values of the synergistic effects of the insecticides and the tricyclazole against blast of Magnaporthe grisea were 7.2449 and 19.1850 mg / L, respectively. Under the five ratios of 1: 1,1: 3,1: 5,1: 7 and 1:9 With obvious synergism. The field trials of three field trials showed that the control effect of 25% neostrobinamide tricyclazole SC 225 ~ 300 g ai / hm2 on rice panicle blast was slightly higher than that of the control. [Conclusion] 25% neostrobinamide tricyclazole SC (1: 9) could be used to control rice panicle blast. The recommended dose was 225-300 g a.i./hm2.
