目的:观察单纯超滤治疗糖尿病IV期的临床效果。方法:12例糖尿病IV期患者接受单纯超滤治疗,平均治疗时间为1.5～3小时,脱水2.5～5.0kg,平均治疗次数为2～4次。观察患者生命体征、血常规及出凝血时间,观察患者生命体征、血常规及出凝血时间,适当增加营养。结果:治疗中患者一般情况改善,效果理想。结论:单纯超滤能有效的改善糖尿病2V期患者的症状,临床效果可靠。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of simple ultrafiltration in the treatment of stage IV diabetes mellitus. Methods: Twelve patients with stage IV diabetes mellitus underwent ultrafiltration. The mean duration of treatment was 1.5 to 3 hours, and dewatering was 2.5 to 5.0 kg with an average of 2 to 4 treatments.
