日新制钢公司最近投产一条生产建筑用的高级喷涂彩色不锈钢板生产线。该生产线的产品比以往的彩色不锈钢板颜色均匀、耐磨性能好。当前,在建材领域中,以内外装饰材料为主,电梯等应用材料不断向高级化发展,预计月销售2000m~2,以后还将不断扩大。该技术在生产宽幅不锈钢板方面实现工业化应用尚属世界首次。新生产线全长60m,生产能力为5000m~2/月,产品范围为板厚0.5～3mm,宽1219mm,长1m,生产线由清洗装置和4层组成的真空槽(加热、酸浸、喷涂和冷却)组成。

The production line consists of a cleaning device and 4-layer vacuum chamber (heating, acid leaching, spraying and cooling )composition.
