他是当今中国植物分类学研究的集大成者,被称为中国植物的“活词典”。他长年在野外工作,用“脚底板”发现植物,时常遭遇危险,大家给他送了个雅号叫“摔跤冠军”。他形容《中国植物志》的编纂,像唐僧西天取经一样,是经过九九八十一难才完成的。而《中国植物志》全套的出版完成,标志着我国31142种植物有了“户口簿”。他的人生与云南结下了不解之缘,他就是吴征镒。
He is a master of plant taxonomy in China today and is called the “Living Dictionary” of Chinese plants. He has been working in the wild for many years and found plants with “foot plate ”, often endangered, we sent him a nickname “wrestling champion ”. He described the compilation of “Flora of China” as the monk studied in the West, just after it was completed in 1998 and 1981. The completion of the full set of “Flora of China”, indicating that 31,142 species of plants in China have “household book ”. He lives in Yunnan and indissoluble bond, he is Wu Zhengyi.
