选用不同类型的两系杂交稻 ,研究结实期胚乳和茎、鞘非结构碳水化合物的代谢 ,及其对灌浆结实的影响。结果表明 :胚乳中 ATPase和 Q酶活性与灌浆结实密切相关 ;胚乳中低含量可溶性糖表明了淀粉合成迅速。茎鞘中高含量的可溶性糖是茎鞘碳水化合物代谢活跃的特征 ;其可溶性糖含量与淀粉酶降解淀粉的活性显著相关 ;茎鞘在由临时库转变成源的转换期 ,SPS活性对转运启动起重要作用 ;此期茎鞘中较高的 Q酶活性 ,不利于碳水化合物的输出。籽粒生理活性是影响籽粒灌浆结实的主要因素
Different types of two-line hybrid rice were used to study the metabolism of endosperm and stem and sheath unstructured carbohydrates and their effect on the filling and fruiting of the endosperm. The results showed that the activity of ATPase and Q enzyme in endosperm was closely related to grain filling and fruiting, while the low content of soluble sugar in endosperm indicated the rapid starch synthesis. The high content of soluble sugar in the stem and sheath was the active metabolic characteristic of carbohydrate metabolism of stem and sheath. The content of soluble sugar was significantly correlated with the activity of amylase degrading starch. When the stem and sheath changed from temporary to source, An important role in this period stems and sheaths higher Q enzyme activity, is not conducive to the export of carbohydrates.
