采用局部加载方式对某一新建的钢框架结构进行使用性能检验,对检验方法和过程进行系统的设计。选择了4个构件进行使用性能检验,依据理想传力路径,在构件承载区域进行局部均匀重物加载,模拟结构理想检验荷载。检验中主要对构件在局部加载作用下的变形以及应变的变化进行精密测量,通过对检验结果的分析和探讨,证明局部加载具有较高的可靠性。总结了局部加载条件下使用性能检验的方法,对此类结构的使用性能检验具有较高的实用参考价值。
The method of partial loading is used to test the performance of a newly constructed steel frame structure and to systematically design the test methods and processes. Four components were selected to test the performance, and according to the ideal force transmission path, a uniform local load was loaded on the component bearing area, and the simulated structure was ideal for testing the load. During the test, the deformation of the component under local loading and the change of the strain are mainly measured. The analysis and discussion of the test results prove that the local loading has high reliability. The method of using performance test under partial loading conditions is summarized. It is of high practical value to test the performance of such structures.
