我从一九五一年参加革命开始,一直是做收发、打字、文書、档案工作,从来沒有想到这个工作不重要、沒出息。我总是認为,它是革命工作的重要組成部分,加果沒有它,就好像一戶人家关了大門一样。它不單純是一項抄抄写写、收收發發的技术工作,而且是一項具有高度政治思想性的工作。文書工作的好坏,直接影响着机关工作效率的提高,影响着党和国家的政策和領导意图的迅速貫徹执行,如果做不好这些工作,將会造成政治上和經济上的損失。我还認为,凡是对党对人民有利、对革命事業需要的工作,都是重要的,有前途的,很光彩的工作。我們应該在这次社会主义和共产主义教育运动中,大破大立,树立起共产主义的劳动态度,不計較任何劳动条件和劳动报酬。
From the time I joined the revolution in 1951, I always worked as sending and receiving, typing, writing and archiving. I never imagined that this work was unimportant and worthless. I always think that it is an important part of the revolutionary work and that if it did not have it, it would be like a family door closed. It is not simply a technical work of copy-writing, writing and sending, but also a highly political-ideological job. The quality of the clerical work directly affects the improvement of the working efficiency of the organs and affects the prompt implementation of the party’s and the state’s policies and leadership intentions. If these work is not done well, it will cause political and economic losses. I also think that any work that is beneficial to the party and to the revolutionary cause is an important, promising and very brilliant one. In this socialist and communist education campaign, we should greatly break the ground and establish a communist working attitude, regardless of any working conditions and remuneration.
