我是个技术工人,上过两年中专,心想组织上一定会分配我去搞技术工作。但出乎意料之外,却分配我去档案室工作。当时认为自己是个共产党员,应当服从组织分配,于是就满口答应了。工作开始了,自己的工作是负责技术档案的借阅,成天替别人把资料拿进拿出。有时遇到个别同志还给你几句不好听的话。从此,就产生了不愿意干档案工作的思想。觉得这种工作是伺候人的工作,沒有什么前途。不如搞技术工作将来可以当技术员、工程师。
