市场结构决定着企业的行为取向 ,从而决定着企业和行业的绩效 ,而最终这一切都是由制度决定的。本文探讨了在现有的制度约束下 ,新疆信托业的发展和效率问题。通过研究发现 ,由于现有的信托法律法规和配套制度的不健全 ,使得新疆信托业的发展受到了制约 ,从而给整个新疆社会经济的发展带来一定负的外部性 ,针对此点 ,本文提出增进新疆信托业发展的制度改进建议。
The market structure determines the behavior orientation of an enterprise, thus determining the performance of the enterprise and the industry. Ultimately, all this is determined by the system. This article explores the development and efficiency of the trust industry in Xinjiang under the constraints of the current system.
