众所周知,资本市场是进行社会资本资源合理有效配置的一个重要场所,这在现代市场经济中已经成为了不可或缺的要素市场。我国从20世纪80年代根据西方国家成功的经验,结合中国国情开始进行试点以来,至今已以惊人的速度发展,并取得了巨大的成绩。然而与此同时,新兴市场尤其是当初的一些中国“特色”所带来的弊端,也逐浙暴露无遗,国有股问题就是其中之一。
