1997年10月下旬,我参加了对德国合作经济为期一周的考察活动。这次考察活动由亚太农协和德国技术合作公司联合组织。考察团由亚太农协秘书长金龙镇先生和亚太农协项目专家约瑟丝女士等16名成员组成,印度农业与农村发展银行行长以及越南、斯里兰卡、老挝等国的农业银行的高级行政管理人员参加了这次考察活动。在德期间,先后访问和考察了德国合作协会、德国合作银行、德国合作保险公司、德国农业合作社以及德国合作经济培训学院等。现将考察活动的主要情况报告如下:一、德国合作经济概况(一)德国合作事业的源起、发展。德国的合作事业起源于
In late October 1997, I participated in a one-week study tour of the German cooperative economy. The visit was jointly organized by the APPC and the German Technical Cooperation Corporation. The delegation consisted of 16 members including Mr. Jinlong Zhen, Secretary-General of the Asia-Pacific Agricultural Association, and Ms. Joseph, an expert on the project of the Asia-Pacific Agricultural Association. The senior executive of Agricultural Bank of China and Rural Development Bank of China and Agricultural Bank of Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Laos Personnel participated in the inspection activities. During his stay in Germany, he successively visited and inspected German Cooperation Association, German Cooperation Bank, German Cooperative Insurance Company, German Agricultural Cooperatives and Germany Cooperative Economic Training Institute.
