本试验通过在饵料中分别添加 2 5mg/kg、5 0mg/kg、75mg/kg、10 0mg/kg的大蒜素投喂淡水白鲳。经过 4 0d的试验 ,试验各组比对照组的增重率分别提高了 88.94 %、10 2 .85 %、92 .4 7%和5 8.4 9% ,成活率分别提高 14 .5 9%、7.5 %、2 .0 88%、8.12 5 % ,饵料系数分别降低 1.6 6 6 %、9.373%、12 .4 9%和 10 .2 1%。且试验组鱼胴体粗蛋白含量分别比对照组提高了 2 2 .98%、13.5 5 %、2 .30 %和0 .19% ;而胴体粗脂肪含量试验组与对照组变化不大 ,并得出淡水白鲳饲料中大蒜素适宜添加量为5 1.86— 74 .15mg/kg。
In this experiment, the freshwater whiteflies were fed by adding 35mg / kg, 50mg / kg, 75mg / kg and 100mg / kg allicin respectively to the feed. After 4 0d test, the weight gain rate of each group was increased by 88.94%, 10.285%, 92.47% and 5 8.49% respectively, and the survival rate increased by 14.59%, 7.5% %, 2.088% and 8.12% respectively, and the feed efficiency decreased by 1.6 6 6%, 9.373%, 12.49% and 10.21% respectively. The carcass crude protein content in the test group was increased by 22.9%, 13.5%, 2.30% and 0.19% respectively compared with that in the control group, while the carcass crude fat content did not change much in the test group and the control group Fresh white pomfret feed allicin appropriate amount of 5 1.86-74 .15mg / kg.
