文化的战略发展是我国对外开放总战略的一部分,它关系到我国对外经济发展的新机遇。中阿经贸论坛为我国与伊斯兰国家搭建了经贸合作的平台,为中阿文化发展继续向广度和深度发展开辟了新的渠道。基于中阿经贸合作的契机,本文以向西开放战略为指导,主要探讨了宁夏文化产业发展的创新模式,从可持续发展角度对如何拉动宁夏文化产业的快速发展提出建设性的意见。
The strategic development of culture is part of our overall strategy of opening up to the outside world and it relates to the new opportunities for the development of our country’s foreign economy. The China-Arab Economic and Trade Forum has set up a platform for economic and trade cooperation between China and Islamic countries and opened up new channels for the development of China-Arab cultural continuity and breadth and depth. Based on the opportunity of economic and trade cooperation between China and Arab countries, this paper, guided by the strategy of opening up to the outside world, mainly discusses the innovative mode of Ningxia cultural industry development and puts forward constructive suggestions on how to promote the rapid development of Ningxia cultural industry from the perspective of sustainable development.
