以—NCO为端基的聚氨酯预聚体为扩链剂合成了对软包装塑料薄膜具有较好附着力的水性聚氨酯,并对其力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,当—NCO与—OH物质的量比为1.225∶1,中和与乳化同时进行时可以得到附着力和T型剥离强度较好的水性聚氨酯。
Polyurethane prepolymer with NCO as terminal group was used as chain extender to synthesize waterborne polyurethane with good adhesion to flexible plastic film and its mechanical properties were studied. The results show that when the molar ratio of -NCO to -OH is 1.225:1, water-based polyurethane with better adhesion and T-peel strength can be obtained when neutralization and emulsification are carried out simultaneously.
