随着全球经济一体化的不断深入发展,中外法律交流活动与日俱增,对法律英语翻译的需求也有增无减。本文从法律语言学的视角研究法律英语翻译,首先介绍法律语言学的概念,然后分析法律语言的特征,给出翻译所用的语言准则,通过实例进行论证,希冀进一步推动法律英语翻译人才的培养,促进有效的中外司法交流,提高我国在国际法律事务中的话语权。
With the continuous deepening of global economic integration, legal exchanges between China and foreign countries have been increasing with each passing day, and the demand for legal English translation also continues unabated. This essay studies legal English translation from the perspective of legal linguistics. Firstly, it introduces the concept of legal linguistics. Then, it analyzes the characteristics of legal language, gives the linguistic criteria for translation, and demonstrates through examples. We hope to further promote the cultivation of legal English translators, Promote effective judicial exchanges between China and foreign countries and raise the voice of our country in international legal affairs.
