《中国文化报》载:福建邵武新建一座公共图书馆,计有15个阅览厅、680个座位,可藏书50万册以上。该文旁配有照片:主体建筑中西合璧,园林庭院,甚显怡然。读完此报道不觉为之一振。公干私访,数下福建,但邵武却从未到过。忙查阅地图:邵武为县级市,地处八闽西北、武夷山东南麓。改革开放,历经十载。前后相比,福建可说是翻天覆地,想必邵武也发生了很大变化。但若与濒海的厦门、福州相比,估计那远离海岸的山地邵武,恐怕还得算穷乡僻壤。
