2002年7月2日下午,辽宁省省长薄熙来在省政府会见了由清华大学党委副书记庄丽君率领的参加“清华大学博士辽宁行”活动的28名成员。此次活动是由辽宁省人事厅与清华大学联手举办的,是促进辽宁省引进人才智力工作的一项新举措。清华28名师生,在沈阳、大连、鞍山、营口、辽阳5市举行博士报告会,考察高新技术企业,并与企业界开展技术交流,与政府部门进行座谈。
On the afternoon of July 2, 2002, Bo Xilai, governor of Liaoning Province, met with 28 members of the “Tsinghua University Ph.D. Liaoning Line” led by Zhuang Lijun, deputy party secretary of Tsinghua University at the provincial government meeting. The event was jointly organized by Liaoning Provincial Personnel Office and Tsinghua University and is a new measure to promote intellectual property in Liaoning Province. 28 teachers and students from Tsinghua University held doctoral dissertations in Shenyang, Dalian, Anshan, Yingkou and Liaoyang 5 cities, inspected high-tech enterprises, conducted technical exchanges with enterprises, and held discussions with government departments.
