2013年12月24日上午天津市金属学会在中兴盛达钢业有限公司召开了第八次会员代表大会。来自天津市冶金及相关行业的企事业单位、大专院校和科研院所的九十八名代表参加了会议。会议审议通过了第七届理事会罗凯声理事长所作的题为《凝聚智慧搭建桥梁发挥优势务实创新--为推进学会创新发展贡献力量》的工作报告、张国庆秘书长所作的学会章程修改报告及第七届理事会财务报告。选举产生了六十一人天津市金属学会第八届理事。
December 24, 2013 AM Tianjin Metal Society held its 8th member congress in Zhongxing Shengda Steel Co., Ltd. Ninety-eight representatives from enterprises, institutions, universities and research institutes in metallurgy and related industries in Tianjin attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed and approved the work report by Chairman Luo Kai-sheng of the 7th Board of Governors titled “Enhancing wisdom and building bridges to give full play to advantages and pragmatic innovation - contributing to the promotion of innovation and development of society”, the report of the revision by the Secretary-General Zhang Guoqing, Seventh Council Financial Report. Elected sixty-one Tianjin Institute of metal eighth director.
