内蒙古京科发电有限公司1机组自投产以来,曾3次在高负荷下出现引风机失速“抢风”现象,给机组安全稳定运行带来隐患。针对这一现象通过分析风机失速产生现象、原因,结合现场实际找出防止“失速”的技术措施以及发生“失速”现象后处理,避免因风机“失速”发生。
Since the unit was put into operation in Inner Mongolia Jingke Power Generation Co., Ltd., there has been three times of induced draft fan stalling and “grabbing the wind” phenomenon under high load, which posed a hidden danger to the safe and stable operation of the generating unit. In view of this phenomenon, by analyzing the fan stall phenomenon, the reasons, combined with the actual field to find out the prevention of “stall” technical measures and the occurrence of “stall” phenomenon post-processing, to avoid the fan “stall ” occurred.
