环形电切术(LEEP)是宫颈浸润性癌前病变的有效治疗手段。对未行阴道镜下活检但细胞学提示有高度鳞状上皮不典型增生(HGSIL)患者行宫颈环形电切术,并对其阴道镜和组织学检查结果进行相关性分析。
Loop electrosurgery (LEEP) is an effective treatment of cervical invasive precancerous lesions. Cervical resection of the cervix without colposcopic biopsy, but cytologically advanced high grade squamous dysplasia (HGSIL) was performed and the results of colposcopy and histological examination were analyzed.
