中国的农民问题历来就是一个让人深思的话题。在现代社会,农民既代表着一种职业,也表示一种身份,在现实生活中折射出农民基本权利的缺失与自身救济的乏力。本文指出加强农民的组织化建设,建立一个以农民为主体,真正代表农民意志和利益的农民组织,在全社会聚焦于民生问题的今天,对于农民基本权利的保障和宪法地位的维护,实现农民权利与政府权力之间的良性互动,具有极大的现实与宪政意义。
The problem of peasants in China has always been a topic of deep thought. In modern society, peasants not only represent a career, but also represent an identity that reflects in real life the lack of basic rights of peasants and the weakness of their own remedies. This paper points out that to strengthen the organization of peasants and to establish a peasant organization that takes peasants as the main body and truly represents the will and interests of peasants. At the moment when the whole society focuses on people’s livelihood, the peasants are guaranteed the basic rights of peasants and the constitutional status, The positive interaction between rights and government power is of great realistic and constitutional significance.
