中油燃气公布:公司的全资附属公司香港中油燃气,与山东省枣庄市政府旗下之全资子公司枣庄市城市公共交通总公司(枣庄城交)签订建设加气站项目合作协议书,据此,双方拟计划在枣庄市内合作建设液化天然气/压缩天然气公交加气站项目。根据合作协议,香港中油燃气成立独资公司投资建设6座LNG/CNG加气站,枣庄城交即负责提供加气站建设场所,由香港中油燃气支付租赁费,租赁期为25年。建设加气站之总投资约1.08亿元人民币,同时,香港中油燃气将独家为枣庄城交提供所有公交车需用之天然气,年销售LNG1.5万t以上。

Pursuant to the cooperation agreement, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong’s PetroChina Gas Co., Ltd. was established to invest in the construction of 6 LNG / CNG refueling stations. Zaozhuang Chengjiao is responsible for providing the construction site of the refueling station. The lease fee will be paid by CNPC gas from Hong Kong for a term of 25 years. The total investment for the construction of gas stations will be about 108 million yuan. At the same time, CNPC Gas will provide natural gas for all buses for Zaozhuang Chengjiao exclusively, and will annually sell more than 150,000 tons of LNG.
