本文观察了101名健康老年人,通过参加4个月需氧锻炼而产生的心血管和行为适应性方面的变化。随机选择经体格检查确认没有冠心病的101名老年人做为实验对象。受试者男50名,女51名,年龄66~83岁(平均年龄67.0±4.9岁),都受过中等以上教育,白种人占96%。把受试者随机分为三个组,需要锻炼(AE)组33名,瑜伽气功(YO)组34名,静止对照(WL)组34名、在4个月前后,对全部受试
This article looked at the changes in cardiovascular and behavioral fitness that occurred in 101 healthy elderly people who participated in aerobic exercise for 4 months. Randomly selected physical examination confirmed 101 elderly people without coronary heart disease as experimental subjects. The subjects were 50 males and 51 females, aged 66-83 years (mean age 67.0±4.9 years), all of whom had received education above average and Caucasians accounted for 96%. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups, requiring 33 in the Exercise (AE) group, 34 in the Yoga Hygiene (YO) group, 34 in the WL group, and before and after 4 months for all the subjects.
