目的 观察脊髓Ⅱ号方剂对大鼠损伤脊髓神经元修复再生的影响。方法 制作１８只Ｔ_(１２) 右半横断的Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠模型，随机分为３组：脊髓Ⅱ号组、氢化可的松组、空白对照组，分别给予脊 髓Ⅱ号药液、激素、生理盐水。４周后取材，作神经病理组织学检查。结果脊髓Ⅱ号方剂具有明显疗 效，可以缩小损伤区域，抑制继发损伤，促进神经元胞体及神经纤维的修复再生。结论脊髓Ⅱ号方 剂可以促进损伤神经元的修复再生，具有良好的临床应用前景。
Objective To observe the effect of spinal cord II formula on the repair and regeneration of injured spinal cord neurons in rats. Methods Eighteen T_(12) right hemisectioned Wistar rats were made and randomly divided into 3 groups: spinal cord II group, hydrocortisone group, and blank control group. They were given spinal cord No. II medicinal solution, hormone, and saline respectively. . After 4 weeks, materials were taken for neuropathological examination. Results The spinal cord II formula has obvious curative effects, which can reduce the damage area, inhibit secondary injury, and promote the repair and regeneration of neuronal cell bodies and nerve fibers. Conclusion The spinal cord II formula can promote the repair and regeneration of injured neurons and has a good clinical application prospect.
