目的:探讨叶下珠复方肝康对免疫功能的影响。方法:小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定,羊红细胞致敏测定小鼠血清溶血素含量。结果:肝康大剂量组吞噬百分率48.70±5.72、吞噬指数0.58±0.06、半数溶血值182.77±35.45,显著优于空白对照组(P<0.001),与阳性对照组左旋咪唑相似。结论:肝康具有调节小鼠的免疫机制,提高免疫能力的作用,并呈量效正相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yexiazhu compound Fanggankang on immune function. METHODS: The phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages was measured, and sheep red blood cell sensitization was used to measure serum hemolysin content in mice. RESULTS: The percentage of phagocytosis in high-dose Gankang group was 48.70±5.72, phagocytic index was 0.58±0.06, and half hemolytic value was 182.77±35.45, which was significantly better than that of the blank control group (P<0.001), similar to that of the positive control group levamisole. Conclusion: Gankang has the function of regulating the immune mechanism of mice and improving the immune function, and it is positively correlated with the dose and effect.
