本文对在1963～1983年所见的33例首先行放射治疗的中耳癌和外耳道癌患者的复发和治疗情况进行分析。11例中耳癌均属鳞癌,经放疗后有8例复发,1例死亡,存活仅2例。复发者中有6例因病期太晚而不能行手术治疗,另2例曾试图行救治性(salvage)岩锥切除术,最后也只好放弃手术。22例外耳道癌中有鳞癌20例,基底细胞癌和腺癌各1例,经放疗后有11例复发,其中行救治性岩锥切除术者9例,另2例
This article analyzes the recurrence and treatment of 33 patients with middle ear cancer and external auditory canal cancer who were first treated with radiotherapy from 1963 to 1983. All 11 cases of middle ear cancer were squamous cell carcinomas. After radiotherapy, 8 cases relapsed, 1 died, and only 2 survived. Six of the relapsers were unable to undergo surgery because of a late stage of illness. The other two patients had attempted salvage bevels and had to give up surgery. In 22 cases of ear canal cancer, there were 20 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case of basal cell carcinoma and 1 case of adenocarcinoma, and 11 cases had recurrence after radiotherapy. Among them, 9 cases were treated with rescue cone resection and the other 2 cases.
