第313医院核事故应急医学救援队组建6年来,在沈阳军区兴城疗养院和313医院两级党委领导下,参加总部组织的海上综合演练中,克服5级海浪、中浪中涌困难,历时120小时,航程420多海里,顺利通过了考核组的严格考核,中央电视台军事频道进行了专题报道;在摄氏9度的水温、5级海浪的恶劣条件下进行海上泅渡训练,开创了低温海训的先河;在2009年机动卫勤分队集中海训比武考核、2010年军区关键岗位比武中,以顽强作风取得团体总分第一名和6个单项冠
