某型叉车变速器噪声较大,影响到整车噪声性能指标和舒适性,为研究和降低变速器噪声,对该型变速器进行振动噪声测试分析。把功率谱分析、相干分析和边频带分析等方法结合起来使用,对变速器噪声源进行分析识别,结果表明变矩器处齿轮副啮合噪声是该变速器的主要噪声源,根据振动噪声谱上边频带簇以及变速器的结构等特点分析判断该处齿轮噪声较大的具体原因,发现变矩器两端支撑和安装方式对啮合齿轮对的平行度和中心距等关键尺寸影响较大,难以保证配合精度。建议提高加工和装配精度来降低噪声。
The noise of a certain forklift transmission is big, which affects the noise performance index and comfort of the whole vehicle. In order to research and reduce the transmission noise, the vibration and noise of the transmission is tested and analyzed. The power spectrum analysis, coherence analysis and edgeband analysis are combined to identify the noise source of the transmission. The results show that the gear meshing noise at the torque converter is the main noise source of the transmission. According to the upper frequency bands As well as the structure of the transmission to determine the specific reasons for the larger noise in the area. It is found that the support and mounting modes at both ends of the torque converter have a great influence on the key dimensions such as the parallelism and the center distance of the meshing gear pair, which makes it difficult to ensure the coordination accuracy. It is recommended to increase processing and assembly accuracy to reduce noise.
