本文介绍了一种改进的E010柱形谐振腔近似法测试微波铁氧体材料复介电常数的测试系统。由于在系统中采用了谐波混频和锁相技术,抑制了微波源的寄生调频,消除了稳态的剩余频差,而使源的频率稳定度达1×10~(-8)/小时。同时,在系统中利用双通道零示法克服了微波源输出辐度不稳定对测试的影响。测试精度提高了近十倍。本文还对测试系统做了较详细的误差分析,并给出了误差公式和实验的测试数据。当测试灵敏度为tanδε≈5×10~(-4)时,其精度优于±3%。
This paper presents an improved E010 cylindrical resonator approximation test microwave ferrite materials complex dielectric constant of the test system. Due to the harmonic mixing and phase-locking technology adopted in the system, the parasitic frequency modulation of the microwave source is suppressed and the remaining frequency difference of the steady state is eliminated, so that the frequency stability of the source reaches 1 × 10 -8 / hr . At the same time, the use of dual-channel zero-representation method in the system to overcome the instability of the output of the microwave source of the impact of the test. Test accuracy increased nearly ten times. This article also made a more detailed error analysis of the test system, and gives the error formula and experimental test data. When the test sensitivity is tanδε≈5 × 10 -4, the accuracy is better than ± 3%.
