[目的]为探讨土壤的地球化学性质对冬枣品质的影响。[方法]利用山东省黄河下游流域局部生态地球化学调查的基础数据,对调查区内表层土壤的地球化学环境与冬枣品质之间的相关性进行探讨。[结果]区内土壤营养元素中的Cd、Ni等重金属元素对于冬枣的营养成分的影响较为明显。[结论]根系土中的B、Mn、MgO、Cd、Zn、K2O等对冬枣果实中Cr、Hg元素的富集起较大作用,可通过改善施肥方法对冬枣根系吸收重金属的过程进行干预,以降低有害元素在冬枣果实中的富集。
[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the influence of geochemical properties of soil on the quality of Dongzao jujube. [Method] Based on the basic data of the local eco-geochemical survey in the lower reaches of the Yellow River in Shandong Province, the correlation between the geochemical environment and quality of jujube in surface soil was investigated. [Result] The effects of heavy metals, such as Cd and Ni, on nutrient composition of winter jujube were more obvious in the soil nutrient elements in the area. [Conclusion] B, Mn, MgO, Cd, Zn and K2O in root soil played an important role in the enrichment of Cr and Hg in winter jujube fruits. The improvement of fertilizer application could intervene in the process of root absorption of heavy metals in winter jujube, In order to reduce the enrichment of harmful elements in jujube fruit.
