具有时间转换约束的项目网络分析方法研究

　提出了修正两阶段算法对具有活动模式时间转换约束的项目网络进行分析,包括寻找关键道路和计算各活动的浮动时差.最后,用一个真实的项目验证了算法的有效性.

A modified two-stage algorithm is proposed to analyze the project network with active-mode time-transformation constraints, including finding the critical path and calculating the floating time difference of each activity.Finally, the validity of the algorithm is verified by a real project.
