In order to build our country into a modern, powerful socialist country, the state has put forward the goal of realizing agricultural modernization by the end of this century, and therefore has proposed the modernization requirements for the fishing industry as an integral part of agriculture. Due to the economic position and history of the fishery in our country, the production and technology of the fishery are generally lagging behind. After 30 years of liberation, despite the great development of fisheries, the degree of mechanization of fisheries is still not high, and the development is unbalanced.
