本文介绍一种新型肢体阻抗生物反馈仪。该仪器应用四电极法从人体检测出肢体阻抗血流图,应用MCS-51单片机对每一个心动周期实时计算出变动阻抗峰峰值ΔZpp和心动周期时间T。用ΔZpp和T控制一组视觉和听觉反馈信号。患者根据视听觉反馈信号的变化进行生物反馈训练,可以调节自身心血管系统的功能。初步临床表明,应用肢体阻抗生物反馈仪可使Zpp和T向预期方向变化,对原发性高血压患者有降压作用。
This article describes a new type of limb impedance biofeedback device. The instrument uses four-electrode method to detect limb impedance blood flow diagram from the human body. The MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer real-time calculates the peak-to-peak variation ΔZpp and the cardiac cycle time T for each cardiac cycle. Use ΔZpp and T to control a set of visual and auditory feedback signals. Patients according to visual and auditory feedback signal changes in biofeedback training, can regulate their cardiovascular system function. Preliminary clinical evidence shows that the application of limb impedance biofeedback instrument can Zpp and T to the expected direction of change in patients with essential hypertension have antihypertensive effect.
