患者男,24岁。于1977年6月14日入院。半年来面色苍白,疲乏无力,头晕头迷等,发病后无发冷发烧,无全身骨痛,无出血现象,无酱油色尿,经沈阳某医院骨髓穿刺诊为增生性贫血(转回当地医院按缺铁性贫血治疗),而收入我院内科治疗。查体:体温36.8℃,脉搏84次/分,血压110/80毫米汞柱。面色略苍白,巩膜黄染(-),皮肤出血点(-),全身表浅淋巴结(-),心肺正常,肝脾未触及,神经系统正常。
