自1973年6月至80年2月,共收治新生儿破伤风30例。治疗方法:止痉以鼻饲安定为主,达到每3小时10毫克,最大剂量可达30～40毫克/公斤/日。破伤风抗毒素2万单位一次静滴。青霉素10万单位肌注,日二次。医用聚乙烯管鼻饲维持营养。结果,病死率仅26.7％(8/30),内重度者19例亦仅死亡6例。第一阶段安定用量不够大,配合复方氯丙嗪、苯巴比妥、水合氯醛等,治疗16例死
