The National Technological University (NTU) was founded in 1984 as a distance education institution that provides postgraduate-level engineering education in the form of satellite communications. It has no campuses, no full-time professors, students studying at home or at work, taking exams at nearby universities, and holding graduate-level ceremonies by telephone seminars. There are now more than 3,000 credit hour students each year. One of the main reasons for the assertion of the National Technical University of the United States lies in its characteristics of running a school that maintain the quality and cost-effectiveness while meeting the ever-changing needs of flexibility.
