曙光机械厂是中国船舶工业总公司在云南的一个大型企业。多年来,由于充分发挥继续教育的作用,使企业摆脱困境、充满活力。其经验受到云南省、船舶总公司的肯定,多次被评为先进企业。一、继续教育为企业走向市场服务社会主义市场经济体制的建立给继续教育发展提供了机遇。市场经济本质是竞争,在竞争中,有战略眼光的企业领导需要继续教育。八十年代后期,曙光机械厂把握市场机遇,敢冒风险,自主决策,引进国外先进技术成果转向烟草制丝设备等非船舶产品的开发,带动经营运行机制的转换,使工厂绝处逢生。
Dawn Machinery Factory is a large-scale enterprise of China State Shipbuilding Corporation in Yunnan. In the late 1980s, Shuguang Machinery Factory took advantage of market opportunities, dared to take risks, made its own decisions, and imported advanced technological achievements from abroad to develop non-marine products such as tobacco spinning equipment, driving the transformation of operating mechanism and making the factory survive.
