陶行知先生强调:“真知识的根是安在经验里的,从经验里发芽抽条开花结果的是真知灼见。”新课改也倡导教师成为学生数学学习经验的开发者和促进者,在小学数学概念教学中,笔者注重引导儿童找寻相关知识经验,围绕数学概念的本质特性开展探究,有意识地组织比较、操作、质疑等学习活动,让已有经验成为学生突破思维屏障的工具,促使儿童对数学概念的理解达到质的飞跃,建构了学生个性化的数学知识体系。
