为适应激烈的市场竞争环境,企业迫切需要建设基于面向服务体系结构(SOA)的动态业务流程管理(BPM)平台对业务流程进行管理和优化。对于动态BPM的三种实现策略——技术优先、业务优先、业务与技术并举,企业需要根据自身的企业文化、基础设施、战略规划等情况合理选择。电信企业具有信息化程度较高、业务繁多、流程复杂、流程变动频繁等特点,业务与技术并举的实施策略是一种较为合理的选择。最后,以某电信企业的BPM管理系统实施为例,描述了如何从业务角度划分重要程度,分阶段实施业务流程优化及建模,逐步完善平台建设的过程。
In order to meet the fierce market competition environment, enterprises urgently need to build a dynamic Business Process Management (BPM) platform based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to manage and optimize business processes. Three strategies for dynamic BPM - technology priority, business priority, both business and technology, companies need to be based on their own corporate culture, infrastructure, strategic planning, etc. a reasonable choice. The telecom enterprises have the characteristics of high degree of informatization, numerous businesses, complex processes and frequent process changes. The implementation strategies of both business and technology are more reasonable choices. Finally, taking the implementation of a BPM management system in a telecom enterprise as an example, it describes how to divide the importance from a business perspective, implement business process optimization and modeling step by step, and gradually improve the platform construction process.
