论述了高水压、小流量的磨料水射流清理新工艺的试验研究成果。提出了以清理效能为判据,探索诸多工艺参数相关影响的试验研究方法;揭示了清理宽度及清理厚度等随水压、靶距、移动速度、磨料耗量等的变化关系;给出了较佳参数范围:水压30~50MPa、水耗量≤6L/min、靶距150~220mm、移动速度1000~2000mm/min、磨料耗量约5.5g/s、淹没深度约25mm,其清理效果≥85%,清理效率4.5~10.35m2/h,清理能耗0.41~1.62kW·h/m2。
The experimental research results of new technology of high water pressure and small flow rate abrasive water jet cleaning are discussed. The experimental research method is proposed to explore the influence of many process parameters on the basis of the cleaning performance. The relationship between the cleaning width and cleaning thickness with pressure, target distance, moving speed and abrasive consumption is revealed. Good parameters: water pressure 30 ~ 50MPa, water consumption ≤ 6L / min, target distance 150 ~ 220mm, moving speed 1000 ~ 2000mm / min, abrasive consumption of about 5.5g / s, submerged depth of about 25mm, the cleaning effect ≥85%, cleaning efficiency of 4.5 ~ 10.35m2 / h, cleaning energy consumption of 0.41 ~ 1.62kW · h / m2.
