近年来,江苏省盐都县在发展水产养殖生产,保供增收上取得了显著成绩。1996年全县水产养殖面积达14.16亩,水产品总量超过5.5万吨,人均水产品占有量达61.1公斤(1995年全国人均20.1公斤,江苏省人均31公斤),水产品是该地区“菜篮子”中物价指数最低的品种之一。 今年该县水产养殖出现了4个新特色。一是精养水平提高。精养面积扩大到8万亩,精养塘平均亩产达650公斤,“吨鱼塘”已有2000多亩,市场畅销的银鲫等品种占养殖总产量的60％左右。二是特种水产品养殖比重加大。河蟹、青虾、革胡子鲶、甲鱼等名特优水产品养殖面积(含混养)达5万亩,占养殖面积的33.3％。三是基地建设上规模。今年全县建成了10个千亩渔场、3个工厂化鳖种场、2个河蟹苗种繁育场和2个鳜鱼繁殖场。四是水产品销售四通八达。建成了3个规模较大的水产品批发市场,鱼虾蟹鳖畅销全国各地,河蟹已进入了国际市场。同时,该县还改革养殖模式,由过去集中上市变为均衡供应。
In recent years, Yandu County, Jiangsu Province, has made remarkable achievements in developing aquaculture production and ensuring income for income growth. Third, the scale of base construction. This year the county built 10 acres of fishing grounds, 3 factories turtle species farm, 2 crab seed breeding farm and 2 catfish breeding ground. Fourth, aquatic products sales in all directions. Built three large-scale aquatic products wholesale markets, shrimp and crab turtle popular throughout the country, crabs have entered the international market. At the same time, the county also reform the breeding model, from the previous focus on the market into a balanced supply.
