每次布置的读课文或读短文作业,总有一小部分学生不能完成。其实也能理解,他们确实在学习上有一定困难。干脆和他们来个“约定”吧:让他们根据自己的实际能力,给我定一个确实能完成这项任务的时间,不必勉强自己,时间往后适当延迟也没关系。第一个星期就该完成的,他们几个中有人说下周一能会读,有人说下周二能会读。到了约定的时间,我就去了解他们是否真的能说到做到,结果让我惊喜、感动!
