按蚊实验室养殖对于疟疾实验研究、灭蚊方法和蚊虫抗药性等的研究均有重要意义。我国按蚊实验室养殖的研究始于60年代,先后养成了雷氏按蚊和中华按蚊;但这两种按蚊对疟原虫的易感性不高,作为实验室蚊媒不够理想。因此我室于1977年开始进行微小按蚊实验室养殖的研究。迄今国外关于微小按蚊的养殖仅有依靠人工交配繁殖传代的报告。我们经过将近3年的养殖研究,终于成功地能使微小按蚊在实验室自然交配连续传代,大量繁殖。现将结果报导如下。
Anopheline laboratory culture for malaria research, mosquito control methods and mosquito resistance and other research are of great significance. Anopheline laboratory culture in our country began in the 60s, has developed Anopheles reticulatum and Anopheles sinensis; but the two Anopheles susceptible to Plasmodium is not high, as the laboratory mosquito is not ideal. Therefore, my room began in 1977, Anopheles minimus laboratory culture research. So far abroad, the breeding of Anopheles minimus only depends on the report of artificial mating breeding. After nearly 3 years of aquaculture research, we finally managed to successfully pass the Anopheles minimus in the laboratory through natural mating and multiply. The results are reported below.
