中小企业是经济发展和社会进步的重要推动力量,在我国国民经济中占有十分重要的地位,它的蓬勃发展对经济增长、社会就业、提高人民生活水平、增加国家税收等方面都作出了重要贡献。但是,由于受客观经济环境和自身制约因素的影响,中小企业在发展中遇到了诸多难题,其中,融资困难导致的资金不足成为制约中小企业发展的最大障碍。
As an important driving force for economic development and social progress, small and medium-sized enterprises occupy a very important position in the national economy of our country. Its vigorous development has made important contributions to economic growth, social employment, raising the living standards of the people and increasing state taxes . However, due to the impact of the objective economic environment and its own constraints, SMEs have encountered many difficulties in their development. Among them, the lack of funding caused by financing difficulties has become the biggest obstacle to the development of SMEs.
