中小功事内燃机CAD课题演试会于1987年10月20~24日在上海召开。该课题是由上海内燃机研究所负责,有许多高校和研究所协作进行的重点科技攻关项目。在强调基础理论研究的同时,特别注重实用性,要为生产服务。在这次演试会上,共作了专题报告20篇,进行了实际上机演示并参观了课题展览厅。从进展情况看,课题完成后有如下应用功能:(1)进行整机总布置方案设计;(2)为新机系列设计及旧机扩展变型提供各种方案对比;(3)进行新机性能预测、工作过程循环模拟;对老产品通过实时数据采集及专项试验进行性能的分析、评定,提出改进措施;(4)进行零部件的设计(参数型或交互型),给出工程设计图纸,承接内燃机老产品改进;(5)对内燃机润滑系统和配气机构进行故障诊断;(6)完成有关专题的工程分析计算,由计算机提交计算报告书(包括中英文文字、曲线);(7)以常用算法库、材料机械性能库、内燃机整机性能和零部件结构数据库和图库、优化方法库等为用户服务,如提供国外样机零件结构形状和尺寸,(8)提
