中国有色金属工业协会会员代表大会(一届四次理事会)暨高层论坛于3月24日至25日在京召开。康义会长在会上作了题为《以科学的发展观,推进有色金属工业全面协调可持续发展》的报告。《报告》全文共分四个部分:一、2003年有色金属工业生产情况;二、2003年协会完成的主要工作;三、2004年协会工作总体思路和工作安排;四、今年有色金属工业面临的形势及值得重视的几个问题。本刊现将康义会长报告的第四部分刊发如下。
China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Association member congress (four sessions of the council) and high-level forum March 24 to 25 held in Beijing.
