中关村三小万柳北校区是一所全新的3.0版本的学校。学校物理空间的改变势必会带来教育关系的变化。走进中关村三小北校区,你会发现在这里学生与学生的关系发生着改变,教师与教师之间的关系发生着改变,当然,学生与教师之间的关系也在改变。我们的校区以“班组群”为单位,16个“班组群”生长在“校中校”里,生长在U型教学楼里。班组群里的学生来自不同年级,我们的班组群就是由一个二年级班级、一个四年级班级和一个五年级班级组成的。班组群里有八位大家长(老师),这些不同年龄段的学生
