在从事教育事业以来,十几年间,无论教哪个班级,总有几个学习成绩落后于一般同学,无学习兴趣或持久性差,甚至惹是生非,不听从老师们的教导的学生,我们通常把他们叫做后进生。特别是我们处于农村,近几年由于经济发展,许多学生的家长为了改善自家的经济状况,出远门务工。他们往往把子女留给年迈的父母带。由于长期不和父母在一起,缺少与父母交流,即而有一种叛逆的心理。做好这部分学生的转化工作,对提高整个班级的教育质量和改变他们今后的人生态度具有极其重要的意义。
During the ten years since I started teaching, there are always some students who fail to teach any class and whose academic performance lags behind that of their classmates. There is no interest in learning or persistence. Even students who misbehave and do not listen to their teachers, we often call them " After the students. In particular, we are in rural areas. In recent years, due to economic development, parents of many students have taken a long journey to improve their own economic conditions. They often leave their children to elderly parents. As a long time not with their parents, lack of communication with their parents, thus there is a rebellious psychology. To do a good job in transforming this part of the students is of great significance to improving the education quality of the whole class and changing their attitudes toward life in the future.
