本文对我科1983年以来收治的60岁以上的253例老年人急腹症进行分析总结,以引起对老年人外科疾病的进一步重视,临床资料一、一般资料:253例中男137例,女116倒;年龄60～84岁,平均72岁,60～64岁53例,65～69岁133例,70～74岁63例,75～79岁12例,80～84岁2例。258例中,胆囊炎,胆石症99例;急性阑尾炎54例,其中阑尾穿孔性腹膜炎14例;急性胰腺炎46例;肠梗阻36例;溃疡病上消化道穿孔18例。
This article analyzes and summarizes the acute abdomen of 253 seniors over the age of 60 admitted to our department since 1983, in order to cause further attention to the surgical diseases in the elderly.
