目前国内应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳进行蛋白质和同工酶的分析已日益广泛。各种蛋白质和各种酶的同工酶由于它们的分子量、分子构型及等电点的不同,要求选用一定的凝胶系统才能得到良好的分离效果。现根据Maurer H.R.著的“盘电泳及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的有关技术一书,摘选几个凝胶系统介绍如下,以供选用参考。 1.pH8.9,凝胶浓度7.5%的中等孔径凝胶系统 (1)应用范围:分子量为10~4—10~6的蛋白质。 (2)分离胶制备: A.贮备母液(每100毫升溶液中含量)
